2020 Aquila Cellars, Something for the Kids Riesling CO - West Elks Beaujolais Premier Nez comes from 40100% Riesling Native yeast spontaneous 1st Harvest foot stomped, 100% WC and left on skins for 5 days, 2nd Harvest foot stomped and co fermented with 1st Harvest for 2 days before pressing into stainless tank. Aged sur lie for 10 months with periodic racking during cold temps for clarification. 30ppm SO2 @ bottling. 47 cases produced,
