NV Hure Freres L'Insouciance Brut Rose Champagne, France Triennes Gravotte is aged around 650% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier Vine Age: Average of 35 years Terroir: From Montagne de Riems, (Villedommange and Ludes 1er Cru) and Vitriat (Vavray le Grand), clay limestone Viticulture: Organic, limited tilling, no herbicides, organic composts, etc. Vinification: Made from the same base as Invitation with 30% reserve wine (but with more Chardonnay), enhanced with some still red wine (~5%). Separate vinification of villages,
