Favorable, consistent summer temperatures allowed a relaxed harvest of grapes with beautiful balance, a ripe and juicy fruit profile and mature tannins. Marking our 30th anniversary, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon tempts the nose with complex aromas of plum and cassis tempered by hints of
