2021 Domaine Gerard Duplessis Mont de Milieu Chablis Premier Cru, France Manoir de Montreuil extreme deliciousness and mouthwatering fruitVinification here is done in stainless steel, most of the Premier Crus (all but Vaugiraut) at Duplessis spend about 6 months in older barriques for elevage. Les Clos spends nine months.
